Description: | We are looking for 2 ladies roommate to share in the big common room for a long term.
We are working professionals, respect others’ privacy. You will be peaceful and comfortable at our home as 4 ladies (including you) will be staying at the whole flat. We will register with HDB once confirmed.
Rental $600/pax include,
PUB (electricity, water & gas)
Fan (No Aircon but very windy)
Internet
fully furnish (Study table & chair for each person, mattress & bed sheet, single wardrobe for each person, Fridge, washing machine, water heater.
Cooking allowed but NO heavy cooking please.
Please take note that you are
1) Required to clean your bedroom and
washroom regularly
2) Required to clean up cooking area after used
3) Required to clean kitchen floor once a month
4) No smoking, No alcohol drinking, No male visitors, No overnight stay visitors please.
5) 1 month notice/1 month deposit
