- Just 5 minutes walking distant away from Sengkang MRT/ LRT/ Bus Interchange
- direct bus to Changi Airport, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Hougang, Serangoon
- Nearby Wet Market/ Copitiam/ Indian Shop/ Chinese Shop/ Compass One Mall
- 6 Persons including you and only 4 Ladies to share Common Toilet/ Bath Room.
- Aircon 8:30pm to 7:30am and wifi included
- Can cook but need to clean after cooking (not allowed heavy cooking everyday)
- Maximum 2 times per week for Washing Machine for 1 pax
- need one month deposit and one month notice for long term
- need a few confirmed fee for short term
- Long Term Prefer but Short Term also can.

-office hours staffs only (sorry for night shifting staffs)
